Draft framework for a programme of work of the Human Rights Council for the first year At its 24th meeting, on 30 June 2006, the Human Rights Council decided, without a vote, to adopt the draft framework for a programme of work of the Council for the first year – which is annexed to the present decision – taking into account the transitional character of that period.
