At the 31st meeting, on 19 March 2008, the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent, Peter Kasanda, presented his report (A/HRC/7/36). 397. At the 31st meeting, on 19 March 2008, Dayan Jayatilleka, in his capacity as Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Intergovernmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, presented an oral report on the sixth session of the Intergovernmental Working Group, held from 21 January to 1 February 2008. 401.
