A/HRC/15/56 14. Called on UN mechanisms to assist in strengthening the capacity of the African mechanisms especially with regard to implementation of human rights norms at all levels but especially at the national level. 15. Agreed to promote a human rights culture in their countries through promotion of human rights education at all levels of society, and specifically human rights programs for security and law enforcement agencies, the judiciary as well as parliamentarians. 16. Welcomed the UN-AU cooperation, and called for regular meetings on thematic and procedural issues concerning their respective mechanisms to be convened between the two organizations.
