Forms of Racial Discrimination or the adoption of new instruments such as conventions or declarations; 3. Requests the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination to conduct a further study on possible measures to strengthen the implementation of the Convention through additional recommendations or the update of its monitoring procedures; 4. Decides that both documents should be presented to the Intergovernmental Working Group at its fifth session; 5. Decides also to extend the mandate of the Intergovernmental Working Group for a further period of three years; 6. Decides further to remain seized of the issue of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance at its second session in September 2006. --- Adopted without a vote 24th meeting 30 June 2006
