In its sessions and meetings with OHCHR and Member States, the Board continues to underline the importance of ensuring sustainable increased contributions to OHCHR and to the Fund, and reiterates its view that an increase in unearmarked funds will allow OHCHR to be more flexible in implementing identified priorities and to better respond to increasing needs. 16
