At the 39th meeting, on 24 March 2010, the independent expert on the situation of human rights in Somalia, Shamsul Bari, presented his report (A/HRC/13/65). 852. At the same meeting, the representative of Somalia made a statement as the concerned country. 853. At the 39th meeting, on 24 March 2010, the Representative of the Secretary-General on the human rights of internally displaced persons, Walter Kälin, presented the combined report of seven thematic special procedures mandate holders on technical assistance to the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (A/HRC/13/63). 856.
