A/HRC/19/58 Information from sources 92. Information was received from sources concerning two outstanding cases. As a result, these two cases were clarified. Clarification 93. Following the information provided by sources, the Working Group decided to clarify two cases. Total cases transmitted, clarified and outstanding 94. Since its establishment, the Working Group has transmitted five cases to the Government; of those, four cases have been clarified on the basis of information provided by the source and one case remains outstanding. Observations 95. While the Working Group thanks the Government for its cooperation by replying to all the communications it received, it is concerned at the number of urgent appeals and urgent actions transmitted during the reporting period and that ―accurate information on the detention of‖ a number of ―persons and their place or places of detention‖ was allegedly not ―made promptly available to their family members, their counsel or to any other persons having a legitimate interest in the information‖, as required by article 10.2 of the Declaration. 96. The Working Group would also like to recall article 7 of the Declaration, which states that ―No circumstances whatsoever, whether a threat of war, a state of war, internal political instability or any other public emergency, may be invoked to justify enforced disappearances‖.
