Review and from treaty bodies, with regard to follow-up to all accepted
recommendations (Haiti);

mechanisms (Paraguay);
Consider the establishment of a National Mechanism for Implementation,
Reporting and Follow-up on human rights recommendations and

Intensify its efforts to prevent and eliminate all forms of discrimination, hate
speech, and hate crimes based on ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, and
gender expressions (Canada);
Redouble its efforts to combat all forms of discrimination, including racial
discrimination, from which persons with a migrant background suffer from
(Côte d’Ivoire);
Take substantive measures against all forms of discrimination, in particular,
Islamophobia and xenophobia (Bangladesh);
Ensure non-discrimination and equality among all its citizens (India);
Continue implementing measures to prevent and address discrimination and
racism (Philippines);
Raise awareness to prevent and combat indirect discrimination and the
principle of equality for all, including ethnic minorities, persons with
disabilities, asylum seekers and refugees (Angola);
Ensure consistent implementation of anti-discrimination laws, in particular by
following the recommendations of the Norwegian National Institution for
Human Rights to eliminate all forms of discrimination against the Sami
people, especially in the public health and education systems, and

Accepted.
Partially accepted. The Government continuously works to ensure consistent
implementation of anti-discrimination legislation,3 and is considering all the
recommendations from the National Human Rights Institution. Furthermore, the
Government is implementing the 2016-2020 Action Plan against Anti-Semitism4.
