Expresses alarm at the upcoming tenth anniversary of the beginning of the
conflict, and encourages the Commission of Inquiry to reflect on this anniversary in its
reporting through the analysis of key recurrent human rights concerns over the course of the
conflict and continuing trends;
16.
Decides to remain seized of the matter.
