At the 15th meeting, on 27 June 2006, the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Open-ended Working Group established with a view to considering options regarding the elaboration of an optional protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Ms. Catarina de Albuquerque, presented the report of the Working Group prepared for the sixty-second session of the Commission on Human Rights (E/CN.4/2006/47). 45.
