Furthermore, the independent expert calls on the United Nations Mission in Liberia to continue to support capacity-building in both Government and civil society, including non-governmental organizations. 58. The independent expert calls on the United Nations System to continue to provide all possible assistance, particularly in the areas of human rights, peace, security and development.
