With reference to paragraphs 10 and 11 of the note by the Secretary-General on the election of members of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee (A/HRC/42/64), the secretariat has received additional information relating to candidatures for the vacancies to be filled during the forty-second session of the Human Rights Council. 2. On 15 August 2019, the Permanent Mission of Uruguay submitted to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights the nomination of one candidate. 3. The nomination received is listed below; biographical data relating to the candidate are contained in the annex.
