Abolish corporal punishment for children (Germany); 8. Provide defendants in all serious criminal processes with an attorney when they cannot afford one by themselves (Canada); 9. Protect Mayan customary property rights in accordance with Mayan customary laws and land tenure practices in consultation with affected Mayan people of the whole Toledo district (Slovenia); 10. Review its legislation and practice with a view to ensuring effective access to asylum procedure and upholding the principle of non-refoulement (Czech Republic). 69.
