Developed countries, regional integration organizations and international organizations should provide technical assistance to and cooperate with ship-recycling States and other interested parties on projects involving the transfer of technology, or aid funding to provide safety training for workers and support the establishment of basic infrastructure for environmental and human health protection in the recycling facilities. -----
