The Government transmitted one communication to the Working Group dated 20 February 2009 regarding the outstanding case. Based on this information, the Working Group decided to apply the six-month rule. Clarification 543. Following the expiration of the six-month rule, the Working Group decided to clarify the outstanding case. Total cases transmitted, clarified and outstanding 544. Since its establishment, the Working Group has transmitted one case to the Government, which has been clarified on the basis of the information provided by the Government. Observations 545.
