With regard to ongoing capacity-building, courses most frequently focus on “overall training programme”, “judicial ethics”, “the international human rights system”, “independence and impartiality of judges, prosecutors and lawyers” and “overall human rights component (including fundamental rights recognized by the Constitution”.
