The Advisory Committee considered agenda item 5 at its 16th meeting, on 15 August. 112. At that meeting, the Rapporteur of the Advisory Committee, Mr. Decaux, presented the draft report on its first session (A/HRC/AC/2008/1/L.10). 113. Statements in connection with the draft report were made by Ms. Quisumbing, Mrs. Warzazi and Ms. Zulficar. 114. At the same meeting, the Advisory Committee adopted the draft report ad referendum and decided to entrust the Rapporteur with its finalization.
