In accordance with rule 153 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, the estimated administrative and programme budget implications* of draft resolution A/HRC/5/L.2 entitled “Institution-building of the United Nations Human Rights Council” were made available to the Council. 62. At the same meeting, the Council decided, without a vote, that there was agreement on the President’s text entitled “Institution-building of the United Nations Human Rights Council” (A/HRC/5/L.2), and on the draft code of conduct for special procedures mandate-holders of the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/5/L.3/Rev.1), considered jointly by the Council. At the same meeting, the Council also decided, without a vote, to defer action on all pending draft resolutions and decisions and on the draft report to its organizational meeting, scheduled to begin on 19 June 2007.
