Ensure that health professionals are equipped to address maternal
morbidities, including through training, paying special attention to the situation of
marginalized women and girls;

maternal morbidity, which should include measures for providing improved

determinants of health, such as gender discrimination and socioeconomic factors,
which render certain women and girls more vulnerable to maternal morbidities;
(k)
