(a) Mr. Salama (on behalf of the Group of African States); (b) Mr. Yokota (on behalf of the Group of Asian States); (c) Ms. Motoc (on behalf of the Group of Eastern European States); (d) Mr. Bengoa (on behalf of the Group of Latin American and Caribbean States); (e) Ms. Hampson (on behalf of the Group of Western European and other States).
