A/HRC/43/37 (f) Encourage resident coordinators, in cases in which in-country human rights advisers are not available, to seek advice from OHCHR. 77. The Council should pursue ways for closer cooperation with regional and subregional organizations, and to this end: (a) Commission, in the framework of the resolutions on regional arrangements for the promotion and protection of human rights, a workshop and a report on ways to further cooperation with regional organizations in the field of prevention; (b) Empower its President to hold discussions with regional and subregional human rights institutions and work out concrete modalities for cooperation, including on the implementation of the recommendations of the Council’s mechanisms and the Sustainable Development Goals. 18
