At the 11th meeting, on 6 December 2006, Mr. Blaise Godet (Switzerland), Vice-President of the Council, in his capacity as Facilitator of the complaint procedure segment of the Working Group on the implementation of paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 60/251, presented an update on the progress made during the first session of the Working Group (see documents A/HRC/3/5 entitled “Preliminary conclusions by the Facilitator” and A/HRC/3/CRP.3 entitled “Summary of the discussion prepared by the Secretariat”), established pursuant to Council decision 1/104 of 30 June 2006. 30. At the 12th meeting, on 7 December 2006, Mr. Musa Burayzat (Jordan), Vice-President of the Council, in his capacity as Facilitator of the expert advice segment of the Working Group on the implementation of paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 60/251, presented an
