At the 17th meeting, on 5 March 2012, the Special Rapporteur answered questions and made his concluding remarks. 130. Also at the same meeting, statements in exercise of the right of reply were made by the representatives of Belarus and China. Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights defenders 131. At the 16th meeting, on 5 March 2012, the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights defenders, Margaret Sekaggya, presented her reports (A/HRC/19/55 and Adds.1–2). 132. At the same meeting, the representative of India made a statement as the State concerned. 133. At the 17th meeting, on 5 March 2012, the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, Jeremy Sarkin, presented the reports of the Working Group (A/HRC/19/58/Rev.1 and Adds.1–4). 137. At the same meeting, the representatives of the Congo, Mexico and Timor-Leste made statements as the States concerned.
