In the report, developments concerning the establishment and expansion of Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, are highlighted. An update and analysis is also provided of the effects of related house demolitions, evictions, settlement expansion, settler violence, discriminatory zoning and planning policies on the economic, social and cultural rights of Palestinians.
