The main objective of the visit was to assess the situation relating to the rights of freedom of peaceful assembly and of association in the country. In this report, the Special Rapporteur presents a series of good practices and discusses the remaining challenges relating to the enjoyment of the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association. Finally, the Special Rapporteur formulates recommendations aimed at overcoming the challenges identified. * The present report was submitted after the deadline in order to reflect the most recent developments.
