A/HRC/4/75 page 17 importance of the issue of human rights and disabilities to the Human Rights Council and recommends that the Council devote dedicated and focused attention to the issue in its future programme of work. To that end, the High Commissioner identifies the need for focused thematic analysis of the various issues facing the enjoyment of the rights of persons with disabilities and recommends that the Council consider requesting the High Commissioner to submit annual analytical thematic reports on human rights and disability. -----
