Given these circumstances, the Advisory Committee will only be able to finalize the report at its twenty-fifth session, in February 2021. 7. The report of the Advisory Committee on the negative effects of terrorism on the enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms will therefore be submitted to the Human Rights Council subsequent to the discussions of the Committee to be held at its twenty-fifth session, in February 2021. 2
