Nigeria takes note of the recommendations above and in the interim would like to state that, among the recommendations, there are some that enjoy the support of Nigeria, there are others that need to be further examined, and there are others which do not enjoy the support of Nigeria because they are in conflict with its Constitution and laws. The response of Nigeria to these recommendations will be included in the outcome report adopted by the Human Rights Council at its eleventh session. 105.
