Analysis of communications sent and replies received (2018) In 2018, a total 655 communications were sent to 121 countries and other non-State actors, 278 (out of 655), of which received replies from 82 countries and other actors as listed below. The table contains all communications sent and responses received from 1 January to 31 December 2018. Responses received in 2019, including to communications sent at the end of 2018, will be reflected in the next report.
