The international community should: • support the Government of Sierra Leone in the fulfillment of the recommendations presented above; • provide adequate financial support to human rights-related actions to ensure that the Government of Sierra Leone comply with its human rights obligations; • ensure adequate financial support to assist the Government of Sierra Leone in completing the Reparations Programme and the delivery of benefits to all war victims; 15
