The Secretary-General informs the Human Rights Council by the present note that the seminar on the enhancement of international cooperation in the field of human rights, requested by the Council in its resolution 19/33, is scheduled to be held on 15 February 2013. 2. The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights will submit the report on the seminar to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-third session. GE.12-18593
