A/HRC/44/37 78. The support provided through technical cooperation and advisory services by OHCHR is based on the clear need to address the risks faced by persons deprived of their liberty. In close collaboration with States, other United Nations agencies and a wide range of stakeholders, OHCHR will continue to work towards protecting the rights of persons deprived of their liberty, undertaking technical assistance activities to support the full implementation by States of the Mandela, Tokyo and Bangkok Rules. 15
