On 10 June 2009, a note verbale was sent by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, inviting Member States to forward their contributions to the report on the implementation of resolution 10/22 to the Secretariat. In order for the report of the High Commissioner to include the broadest number of contributions, the High Commissioner requests that the submission of her report to the Human Rights Council be delayed to its thirteenth session. ----- GE.09-14522 (E) 100709
