A/HRC/31/68 Annex II Damage assessment of Omar Ibn al-Khattab mosque, Jisr alShugur (Idlib) UNOSAT analysed imagery acquired on 13 November 2015 and 15 April 2014 to detect possible damage to the Omar Ibn al-Khattab mosque in Jisr al-Shugur, Idlib. Using satellite imagery based change detection analysis, UNOSAT identified possible severe damage to the main mosque building and probable damage to the mosque minaret. 26
