Summary
The present report is submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 41/9,
in which the Council requested the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for
Human Rights to prepare a report on the challenges faced and best practices applied by
States in integrating human rights into their national strategies and policies to fight against
corruption, including those addressing non-State actors, such as the private sector, and to
submit the report to the Council at its forty-fourth session.
