The Special Rapporteur calls upon States to provide more resources to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights for the effective implementation of his mandate, particularly in order to enable him to continue to undertake consultations with a variety of stakeholders on the global, multidisciplinary and comprehensive study of existing problems of, and new trends in and solutions to, all forms of movements and dumping of toxic and dangerous products and wastes, with a view to making concrete recommendations and proposals on adequate measures to control, reduce and eradicate their adverse effects on the enjoyment of human rights. 41. The Special Rapporteur would like to request the Council to consider enhancing the mandate to include all forms of movement and dumping of toxic and dangerous products and wastes on the enjoyment of human rights. -----
