A/HRC/13/38
33.
This report notes a range of implications that the crisis has had or can have for
the effective enjoyment of human rights, as well as commitments and actions
undertaken to address the impact of the crisis. At the same time, because of its global
and multi-faceted nature, it is expected that some of the impacts of the crisis will
continue to emerge in a gradual and differentiated manner. There is a need to
continue to pay attention to the impact of the longer-term effects of the crisis on
human rights and to monitor the impact of national and international efforts, in order
to ensure respect for and protection of all human rights of those who are affected by
the crisis.
