Replace operative paragraph 1 with the following: Decides to request the Inter-Governmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action to engage actively in preparing the review conference on the implementation of the Durban Declaration and Plan of Action, which shall, in accordance with the established practice, be open to the participation of all States Members of the United Nations and Members of the specialized agencies and also with the participation of observers; 6. Replace operative paragraph 2 with the following: Decides also that Inter-Governmental Working Group of the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action shall hold, starting with its 2007 session, an additional meeting of one week further to its regular two-week meeting in order to formulate a concrete plan for the review conference on the implementation of the Durban Declaration and Plan of Action; 7.
