According to the information received, several provisions of the Fourth Amendment to the Fundamental Law of Hungary, which was adopted on 11 March 2013 and entered into force on 1 April 2013, constitute serious interferences with the independence of the judiciary, in particular that of the Constitutional Court, the rule of law and the principle of separation of powers.
