Summary
The present report is the third submitted to the Human Rights Council by the
Independent Expert on human rights and international solidarity, Obiora Chinedu Okafor.
In the report, submitted pursuant to Council resolution 35/3, the Independent Expert
discusses the issue of human rights-based international solidarity in the context of climate
change.
