A/HRC/10/58 page 19 (iv) Actively engage with the Congolese authorities and armed groups in efforts to reach a sustainable peace agreement that includes comprehensive mechanisms to deal with past human rights violations and that will enable more rigorous scrutiny of any future abuses; (v) Ensure that adequate resources be allocated in order to implement the recently adopted Comprehensive Strategy to Combat Sexual Violence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. -----
