Those who met the working group along with other families had held several protests and
campaign calling for accountability.
During these protest, they had been intimidated and threatened. The families still continue
their fasting campaign.
Families of the Disappeared
In the South no one faced any threat or intimidation who met the working group.
Some of our members met with the WG and nothing happened. The WG visited our memorial
“Monument for the disappeared “and some media carried the news. But nothing reprisal
happened.
But in North some incidents of threat reported but not sure whether they were related to the
meetings with WG.
