From the establishment of the Voluntary Fund in 2009 to the end of 2019, 17 States have made financial contributions: Australia, Colombia, France, Germany, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain and United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (see table 2). 59.
