Those requirements have not been included in the proposals contained in the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2008-2009 to be considered by the General Assembly at its sixty-second session. Accordingly, in accordance with established budgetary procedures, the provisions of General Assembly resolution 41/213 and 42/211 that govern the use of the contingency fund would apply. 4. With regard to paragraph 2 (g) of Council resolution 4/4, the attention of the Council was also drawn to General Assembly resolution 45/248 B, section VI, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that administrative and budgetary matters should be dealt with by the Fifth Committee and the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
