The report was prepared by the Rapporteur of the drafting group on unaccompanied migrant children and adolescents and human rights, Carla Hananía de Varela, with the valuable contribution of Fabio Cano Gomez. * The present report was submitted after the deadline in order to reflect the most recent developments.
