The Council will have before it the note by the Secretariat on the intersessional round table (A/HRC/45/58) (see para. 30 above). The human rights of older persons 64. In its resolution 42/12, the Human Rights Council decided to extend the mandate of the Independent Expert on the enjoyment of all human rights by older persons for a period of three years, and requested the Independent Expert to report regularly to the Council in accordance with its programme of work. The Council will consider the reports presented by the new mandate holder, Claudia Mahler (A/HRC/45/14 and Add.1–2). Preventable maternal mortality and morbidity and human rights in humanitarian settings 65. In its resolution 39/10, the Human Rights Council requested the High Commissioner to prepare a follow-up report on good practices and challenges to respecting, protecting and fulfilling all human rights in the elimination of preventable maternal mortality and morbidity, including through the utilization of the technical guidance by States and other relevant actors, and to present it to the Council at its forty-fifth session. The Council will consider the report of the High Commissioner (A/HRC/45/19) (see para. 26 above). Marking the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action 66. Pursuant to its resolution 42/14, the Human Rights Council will have before it the summary report of the High Commissioner on the high-level panel discussion to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women, with a particular focus on the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action and the outcome documents of its review conferences, as well as on achievements, best practices and challenges in this regard, held on 25 February 2020 (A/HRC/45/25) (see para. 33 above). Human rights of migrants 67. In its resolution 74/148, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to submit to the Human Rights Council a comprehensive report entitled “Human rights of migrants”, covering all aspects of the implementation of that resolution. The Council will consider the report of the Secretary-General (A/HRC/45/30) (see para. 36 above). Interrelation of human rights and human rights thematic issues The need for an integrated approach to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development for the full realization of human rights, focusing holistically on the means of implementation 68. In its resolution 37/25, the Human Rights Council invited the President of the Economic and Social Council, commencing in 2018, to brief, on an annual basis, the Council, during one of its regular sessions, on the discussions of the high-level political forum, including on gaps, challenges and progress in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, focusing on the means of implementation taken together as an integrated package. The President of the Economic and Social Council will be invited to provide the briefing to the Council. Human rights and unilateral coercive measures 69. In its resolution 36/10, the Human Rights Council decided to extend the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights for a period of three years. In its resolution 43/15, the Council requested the Special Rapporteur to focus on the resources and compensation necessary to promote accountability and reparations for victims in her report to the Council at its fortyfifth session. The Council will consider the report of the new mandate holder, Alena Douhan (A/HRC/45/7). 9
