The Human Rights Council will hold its forty-fifth session from 14 September to 2 October 2020 at the United Nations Office at Geneva. 2. In accordance with rule 8 (b) of the rules of procedure of the Human Rights Council, as contained in section VII of the annex to Council resolution 5/1, the organizational meeting for the forty-fifth session will be held on 31 August 2020. * Agreement was reached to publish the present document after the standard publication date owing to circumstances beyond the submitter’s control.
