In this regard, OHCHR held its second expert seminar for special procedures and treaty bodies on “Freedom from Torture and other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment and punishment”, and has promoted the inclusion of information on human rights and disability in the universal periodic review reports for the Human Rights Council. Finally, OHCHR has sought to improve the accessibility of its own premises, facilities and technologies and the High Commissioner has undertaken to improve the working environment for staff with disabilities over the coming year. -----
