Goal 16 is particularly relevant in this regard, as it enshrines the commitment to promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels. Measuring progress in the implementation of this Goal will therefore be crucial, also with a view to achieving the other Goals. GE.19-21054(E) 
